This document is to ensure that BlueDuck’s partners have read and understood specific information and conditions that apply to them prior to subscribing to our services. Thus, by clicking “Sign Up” or similar, registering, accessing or using our services (described below), you are agreeing to this BD Partner Program. If you do not agree to this BD Partner Program, do not click “Sign Up” (or similar) and do not access or otherwise use any of our Services. If you wish to terminate this contract, at any time you can do so by closing your account and no longer accessing or using our Services.
BLUEDUCK PARTNER Program Registration and Agreement
Please read the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before submitting your registration:

Sample Calculation:
If BD Partner successfully closes 15 cases of zero deposit program (unit and/or commercial), resulting in a cumulative subscription fee of RM100,000:

The referral fee will be released to the BD Partner upon tenant sign up BD Pay in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Zero Deposit Program and performance bonus will be released at the end of the BD Financial Year.
Tenant Onboarding
BD Partners are responsible for ensuring that Tenants who sign up for the BlueDuck Zero Deposit Program are guided through the sign-up process at www.blueduck.my/tenantprofilesignup.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the term of Agreement and not to disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, all obligations and liabilities under this Agreement will cease, except for those that by their nature survive termination.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The Parties agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) and the laws of Malaysia.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, discussions, and agreements between them. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both Parties.
