Renewing BlueDuck - Zero Deposit Program

Your Zero Deposit Program subscription ending soon? Well, don’t go out; renew it online! Your BlueDuck can be renewed along with your tenancy renewal. 


A reminder 90 days before your policy expires, you can renew your coverage anytime before your tenancy is due, as the coverage period will be based on your tenancy date. Each resubscribe will get a surprise reward. Remember to check your email ;)  


Here’s how you can manually renew/ resubscribe:


Step 1: Log into your BD account


Step 2: Tenant Profiling

  

Step 3: Fill in your renewal rental details

Once you’ve filled in the previous information, choose the TENANT PROFILE ONLY and fill in your renewal details.




Step 4: Make Payment

Once all details are ready, click SUBMIT, which will lead to the FPX page! It’s the same as how you usually choose to pay in an e-commerce platform via FPX online banking ;)



Step 5: TA-DA, Done!


We will contact you and your agent!


It's a great way to honor your deal with the landlord, as no deposits were made when you moved in. It’s a great show of confidentiality of how responsible a tenant you are. Plus, having a renewed policy gives you the peace of mind you deserve.
