Good news for tenants – getting verified just got way easier with the BD Website.

Gone are the days of agents needing to send IC copies through WhatsApp. Now, tenants can simply apply online and get verified without any physical copies needed. See how from our Facebook post here. Wave goodbye to tedious Google & declaration forms

In 2023, we say hello to an efficient, user-friendly BD Portal. No more google forms, no more PDF declaration forms to be signed by tenant (We've updated our user agreement for online consent. Read here.) Just hop on over to our BD portal and update all your property and tenancy info with ease. If you haven't already, now's the time to join the party and register for a user account here.
